Upstairs a long centre hallway provides access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the front of the house is the double bedroom with fitted bedroom furniture and en-suite bathroom. Also at the front of the house is the twin bedroom with the separate family bathroom to the rear. Outside, the house is surrounded on two sides by a well-stocked and maintained garden, and is part bordered by the River Ellen. Less than a mile away is the village of Ireby with the popular Lion pub, and a little further is Uldale with the Snooty Fox pub - both serving real ale and food.
