The lounge leads through to the well fitted kitchen, furnished with pine dining table and chairs. A rear hallway from the kitchen leads to the enclosed rear garden and also to the conservatory, with a further set of table and chairs. The rear hallway also leads to a downstairs cloakroom with WC.

Stairs lead up from the front hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom. The main double bedroom has a pine double bed, two bedside cabinets and a large pine wardrobe. The twin bedroom is to the front of the property and furnished with pine single beds, matching pine bedside cabinets and pine wardrobe. Also to the front is the third bedroom with its enclosed, single bed. The bathroom has a white suite with an electric shower over the bath, a washbasin and WC. The bathroom decoration is finished with panelling and tiles. The enclosed garden to the rear of the property has a picnic bench and lockable garden shed for bike storage.
