This is our comprehensive level of service that includes all the offerings or our Bronze and Silver levels together with full property management. The management charge provides for a call-out service to attend to any problems that your guests encounter during their stay. Any specific action required to remedy a problem is charged for on a time and materials basis, or invoiced by a third party tradesman.
Reacting quickly to a problem encountered by a guest not only reduces potential damage to a property but also leaves a better impression upon the guest who experienced the problem. We have our owned qualified handyman who can respond to the more minor repairs, and work with local tradesmen to provide specialist plumbing, heating and electrical repairs. Experience has taught us that in the most well cared for property, things can still occur ‘out of the blue’ that can have a devastating effect upon your property. Our property management service ensures that any problems are attended to without delay and that you are informed immediately. The cost for this service is determined by the size and condition of the property, and can be quoted for once we have viewed your property.
Maintenance and Repair & Emergency Call-outs
We will respond to any queries and problems the guest encounters during their stay at your property. We will ensure your property complies with the statutory requirements for self-catering properties. We will also ensure that the property is maintained in accordance with your instructions and with your agreement.
